Lost or Stolen Packages
Petal Printworks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Petal Printworks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
