At Petal Printworks, every item is made to order and often customized just for you. Because of this, we have a strict return policy—please read carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference on colors, design placement, or style
Review Before Ordering
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review:
- Product mockups and design details
- Size charts and measurements
- Shipping information and processing times
By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed and approved all details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include:
•Your order number
•Clear photos of the item and issue
Please note all orders are inspected before shipping. If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution under the rare circumstance. We DO not take responsibility for cut items due to improper package opening.
Color & Print Variations
Please note that slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to differences in screen displays and the custom production process. These are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
